Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or swatched.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return shipping address.
Pack with Care
Securely package your items in their original decorative boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Refund Processing
After our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
